• In the case of goods sold through Allegro, Allegro's regulations apply.
• We carry out commissioned work after receiving a deposit or the full amount.
• Items should be collected within the agreed-upon timeframe.
• Orders not collected after 30 days will be liquidated.
• Express services: +50% of the price (to be determined).
• To achieve the desired effect, a fitting measurement is required before final completion.
• We sew using our own and entrusted materials.
• We work only with clean materials.
• Upon the customer's request, we issue VAT invoices or receipts.
• We do not provide a warranty for sewing accessories (zippers, buttons, etc.).
• For matters not addressed in this regulation, the provisions of the Civil Code apply accordingly.
• The competent court for dispute resolution is the court with jurisdiction over the registered office of the 'Renbuj' company.
